ellen and "the friends of the ale wife reservation " will be thrilled with this photo i took a week ago. this is the great hawk i call 'buzz'. he is the dad at 185 alewife. i have seen him hunting the reservation on many occasions and was lucky to get him watching his surroundings from a tree. i am glad to see him healthy. i have not seen 'ruby'around but i hear from 'paul roberts'(who knows a lot more about hawks than i do) that she is still in the area.
