FAR, and more than 10 residents are appealing the DEP Commissioner’s Decision which favored the developer of the silver maple forest. I intend to file it Thursday morning in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn together with the ConComm’s appeal that Tino is delivering to me. Subpoenas with copies of the complaint then will be served by certified mail on the Commissioner and the Attorney General and by a process server on AP Cambridge Partners.

Filed today, June 9th, 2010 in Middlesex Superior Court our Complaint as well as the Belmont Conservation Commission’s Complaint appealing the DEP Commissioner’s Final Decision. We will serve the subpoenas with copies of the Complaints on the Commissioner, the Attorney General, and AP Cambridge Partners. They have 20 days to file answers.
