Letter for Protection of the Belmont Uplands, Order of Conditions

Dear Jay,

There are two Conditions which I strongly recommend adding to the list for the proposed 40B project at the Uplands, as follows;

1) Environmental Protection. Prior to receipt of a permit for the proposed project, the Proponent shall undertake no work which would negatively affect the Uplands site without Belmont ZBA and Conservation Commission approval of a Scope of Work and Timetable for such work. If unwarranted damage is done to the site, the perpetrator shall be responsible for repair and/or replacement costs, as determined by the ConCom.

2) Visualization Documents. The Proponent shall prepare aerial and ground level perspective renderings, including one from Acorn Park Drive, clearly illustrating the proposed buildings, roads, parking lots, walks, landscaping and play areas.
