Hi folks, FYI, the Havern bill, regarding a study with a curb cut moratorium, is among the bills scheduled for hearing on Thursday (see below). The House version filed by me is H. 3441.

I will be testifying in support. If you have the inclination to come in and testify, it would be great. Please feel free to share this note with others.

I will also let you know when a hearing is scheduled on our acquisition bill (purchase Silver Maple Forest for DCR).
