3. Fiscal Impact Report prepared by Connery & Associates on behalf of O'Neill Partners dated May 13, 2003.

4. Drainage Summary Report prepared by Rizzo Associates, Inc. on behalf of O'Neill Partners dated May 13, 2003. 2. Peer Review of the Traffic Analysis prepared by Charles Kalauskas of the BSC Group and dated May 19, 2003.

3. Preliminary Peer Review of the Number of School Age Children and Fiscal Impacts prepared by Judi Barrett of Community Opportunities Group and dated May 28, 2003.
